SMF2.0 (Samsung Marketing Framework2.0) is the corporate marketing framework that enables all sales & marketing personnel to identify and accomplish objectives from a customer-centric perspective and ultimately business results.
We are now going to look at each of WHY +3R (Right Customer, Right Value, Right Touchpoint) - the key components of SMF2.0.
There will be four modules:

- Module2: Right Customer
- Module3: Right Value
- Module4: Right Touchpoint
Each module consists of card news, simulation, video, and quizzes.
